Congress Is Acting.

The Right to Worship Act has been introduced in both chambers, by Republicans and Democrats together.

It protects houses of worship. The bill establishes a 100-foot protection zone while a service is underway and for one hour before and after. Within that zone, no one may disrupt a service or impede worshippers from attending. Speech remains protected; disruptive conduct is prohibited so every American can worship in peace.

The First Amendment protects the right to speak and the right to worship.
